Contribute to JSOM Perspectives, the Jindal School Blog

Introduction

We are happy that you have decided to contribute to the Naveen Jindal School of Management blog, JSOM Perspectives.

JSOM Perspectives is managed by the SEO Web Content Writer and the External Affairs department. Our mission is to inform the JSOM community, share introspective stories, feature the faces of our school and create a space for our Comet community to engage and connect.

There are a few requirements that need to be met before your post can be published:

  1. Submit your proposal to jsomweb@utdallas.edu for approval with the subject line, “Blog Proposal.” While you do not need to complete the post in advance, the approval process tends to advance more quickly if it is written or if you submit an outline of what you intend to write.
  2. Once your topic is approved, you may start or complete your post.
  3. A submission goes through several rounds of editing before it goes back to its author for review.
  4. The author acts on or approves the edits, and the submission goes through a final round of editing.
  5. The editor/s approve final edit of the submission and publish it as a blog post.
  6. The editor/s notify the author and encourage her/him to share the post via social media channels to get the most reach!

Please keep in mind the following guidelines and requirements:
