All academic programs in JSOM create program level learning outcomes reports for AACSB that include all university assessment report requirements. Instead of creating an additional and duplicate report for the university, academic programs in JSOM can submit their program level AACSB report to Academic Operations for review, and then later will upload the report into the UTD Hyoka system.
Steps for Reporting in Hyoka
Step 1
Make a PDF (the only file type that Hyoka will allow) of the AACSB report. Please remove any test questions before making the pdf (usually this means dropping the appendix of the report).
Step 2
Login to Hyoka at https://provost.utdallas.edu/hyoka/ with your netid

Step 3
To enter the 2022-2023 report, hover over the 2023 tab and click to 2023
Academic Units and find the academic program that the report is for.

Step 4
Confirm that you are in year 2023 and that the program is correct.

Scroll to the bottom of the report. Erase anything in the executive summary section andtype in the Program Improvements section: AACSB full report is attached as a file. Write the date and your initials. A green box will appear once you click out of the box that indicates that the report has automatically saved.

Under the heading, Attachments, press the green button: Add Files. Add PDF you created in step 1. You only need to do this once.
Step 5: Wait
Wait. It can take up to an hour for the system that supports Hyoka to add PDF files. Files must be added before you can submit them. To submit the report, return to the page and press Submit Files and then you’re done.
Thank you.
If you’re ever curious, you can see others’ reports and you can see feedback for the reports.
