Submit an Atlas Ticket

We are transitioning our tracking platform from JIRA to Atlas. This change comes due to the limitations posed by JIRA, particularly the need for access requests for first-time users and the automatic removal of non-active users. In contrast, Atlas offers a more streamlined experience, with access granted to all NetID and password holders by default.

As the last phase of this transition, effective November 14, we will cease using JIRA as our ticket system for JSOM External Relations and Communications projects. As a result, all access permissions associated with JIRA will be revoked starting November 14th. Rest assured, we are here to assist you with this transition.
